Can I book a space for just a few hours?
We’re a membership based organisation providing the best facilities to our regular users.
The minimum space access is a day pass which is priced at €20 per day including IVA/VAT for hot desking.
Our best value plan is with a monthly membership @ €190 – equivalent of €10 per day.
How do I book a meeting room?
You must be a member to book and use a meeting room.
Meeting rooms are booked using our online reservation system.
Meeting rooms are only reservable by the half-day or full day unless otherwise agreed with the space host.
How much does access to your spaces cost?
We currently offer three access plans:
- Day pass – single day GoHub access – €20
- Week passes – 7 continuous days from first use – €80
- Monthly pass – 28 continuous days from first use – €190
These plans can be upgraded from hot desking/agency seating to premium private desk with 24″ Samsung HD screen, laptop riser, USB charging points, ergo chair.
Do you offer discounts?
Our prices are already super-value 🙂
- Week pass holders receive five days for the price of four
- Month pass holders four weeks for the price of three
Members also receive discounts on meeting room and resource bookings
- Week pass holders 25%
- Month pass holders 50%

How do I reserve a space?
Use the GoHub booking platform to book and manage space access.
Here you can easily see available space, prices, reserve and change bookings.
You’ll find directions to the space, amenities on offer and be able to book meeting rooms and technology rentals (like monitors, keyboards, mice).
We welcome walk-ins.
What if I need to change or cancel my space reservation?
No stress!
Check the plan booking conditions in the app. We’re super flexible – so if your plans change, so can your space reservation.
Before occupying the space:
- You can modify your reservation right up to 24 hours prior to arrival without charge/penalty
- If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of being due to occupy the space, you will be charged the first day @ €20 – and refunded the remainder of the plan applicable
After occupying the space:
- Monthly passes can downgrade to weekly pass (with 7 days notice)
- Weekly passes can downagrade to the relevant day rate (with 24 hours notice)
All modifications or cancellation requests should be made in the GoHub app.
